Burr formation is a common and undesirable phenomenon in metal cutting operations, reducing the quality, accuracy, functionality of component. In micromachining, burrs are smaller but comparable to feature size difficult remove. Most traditional deburring operations cannot be applied micromachined components without proper scaling, as on part very small prone damage. Ultrasonic energy widely used for cleaning. this study, an ultrasonic-assisted abrasive micro-deburring process using probe sonicator has been developed remove from micromilled variety metallic alloys with focus burr removal, preservation dimensional accuracy channels, minimisation surface damage, improvement finish. Deburring channels 500 ?m width aluminium 6061, copper, Ti-6Al-4 V, bearing steel conducted, results have analysed. occurred due impact abrasives, which were accelerated by collapsing cavitation bubbles. reduction much 92 % achieved short time ten seconds soft materials like Al 6061 three six minutes V steel, damaging or inducing any deterioration accuracy.
